Our Team Members

Anshu Buch, with 15 years of experience in engineering with multinational giants like Havells, Siemens, Schneider Electric & General Electric, transitioned to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams in 2011.He ventured into home and industrial automation before entering the beauty & wellness education sector in 2016. Within a year, he owned three institutes. Post-COVID, he founded IBI International, rapidly expanding its presence across India. Anshu Buch envisions IBI International as the preferred training partner for beauty aspirants nationwide, riding on the wave of growth in the beauty industry and the country’s progress under PM Narendra Modi’s leadership.

Malti Buch, Director of Technical Affairs, brings a wealth of experience to the beauty industry. Her journey commenced in 2005 with a 6-month beauty course at Fatima Mahila College, Indiranagar, Lucknow. The quest for knowledge led her to VLCC Institute in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, a transformative moment in her technical career under the mentorship of Shri Veena Mudgil. She then served as faculty at VLCC for 5 years. In 2014, she assumed the role of Technical Head for the western region at Orane, aiding its expansion in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Her journey includes coaching over 2000 successful students worldwide. As the proud owner of IBI International, Malti remains dedicated to providing world-class cosmetology education.

There is a saying in Gujarati that you don’t need to paint Peacocks egg. Yashvi who passed out her 12th grade in ICSE from Eklavya School, Ahmedabad in yr 2020, is also a qualified cosmetologist and is pursuing Cosmetic Science from Sandeep University, Nashik. Yashvi is responsible for content writing, improvement, digital courses and development of new technologies and content for IBI International. She is also responsible for customer satisfaction at all levels.

Introducing Gyanprakash Mishra, Director of IBI Gandhinagar. Gyanprakash Mishra holds a law degree from LU University and boasts more than 7 years of expertise in overseeing and coordinating educational initiatives in the beauty and wellness sector. He specializes in guiding the company’s marketing strategies and strategic decision-making processes. Gyanprakash firmly believes that skill education is the key to empowering individuals on their journey to success.

Mr.Munish Aggrawal, the director of the company,has nearly nine years of experience in this field. Starting her career as a teacher in a progressive school inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s holistic educational philosophy, Ms. Jyoti later moved to a global school in Dubai, focusing on international education. In 2019, driven by her passion for education, she founded her own center, specializing in STEM Education and Cognitive Skills Development courses for children aged 5 and above. Raised in Dehradun, she holds dual bachelor’s degrees in arts and education from Chandigarh University and is a certified cognitive trainer accredited by Structure of Intellect, USA. In her free time, she values family moments and indulges in the world of books.

Swara is a cosmetology student and has a deep interest in management and enhancement of beauty business. She is currently pursuing Bachelors in Vocational Training in Beauty & Spa and is a learner of the various processes in managing the institute.
