Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling sessions for prospective students, providing information about our beauty courses and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the right courses based on their career goals and interests.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the institute, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Coordinate with instructors and staff to facilitate smooth academic processes.
- Collaborate with instructors to address any academic challenges faced by students.
- Handle student admissions, including the application process and necessary documentation.
- Work towards achieving enrolment targets through effective marketing and outreach.
- Maintain clear communication channels with students, staff, and management.
- Address student concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars related to the beauty and wellness industry.
Requirements And Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the academic field, preferably in a managerial or counselling role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work with numbers and achieve performance targets.
- Highly motivated, outspoken, and trustworthy.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Remuneration
- Competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, depending on experience.
- Performance incentives based on achieving enrolment and performance targets.
